Verkada customers love our technical support — it’s fast, efficient, and free. So we’re pleased to announce that, starting October 3, 2022, we’re offering technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Verkada has been growing fast, and our 13,000 customers now span not only time zones but also continents. So we wanted to be sure that we’re providing assistance whenever it’s needed — including overnight, on weekends and on holidays. This is just another way that Verkada is going above and beyond when it comes to security and safety.
If you’ve interacted with our technical support team in the past, you've seen how quick we are to help — the typical response time for requests sent via our Command platform is less than a minute — and this is something we’ll continue to improve on. To that end, we've expanded Technical Support Engineering teams in the U.S., U.K. and Australia. We train each of our Technical Support Engineers on the entire suite of Verkada products to ensure quick, effective solutions every time you need help.
Help When You Need It Most
There are three ways to contact Verkada’s Technical Support Engineering team: you can reach out to our support experts via phone, chat or email to get assistance with any Verkada product. The average response time for phone calls and chat messages is measured in seconds (in fact, 70% of all support requests are fully resolved via chat), and we typically respond to emails in less than one hour.
Immediately after you contact us, we create a case and assign it to a member of the support team — then we work with you until the issue is resolved and all questions are answered. If the problem involves a hardware failure, we’ll send a replacement device the next business day (as long as the hardware is still covered by our 10-year warranty).
And after every case, we send a survey so customers can let us know how we did — this allows us to continually improve our support process.
