Sales and Marketing
In what countries is Verkada available?
Verkada has achieved compliance for sales in North America (US, Mexico, Canada), the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand for all of our hardware and software products, and in some additional countries for selected products (current list available upon request). Additional certifications can be completed with appropriate business rationale and advance notice. Some countries may not require additional certifications.
How does Verkada sell to end customers?
Verkada exclusively sells to end customers through our global network of distributors and reseller partners. If you are a qualified partner and would like to join our partner program, please apply at verkada.com/partners.
What currencies does Verkada accept?
Verkada quotes and transacts in United States dollars. Our partners often sell in their local currency.
Products and Compliance
How does Verkada support in-region data residency requirements?
Verkada has established a network of global data centers through our infrastructure partner, Amazon Web Services. As of May 2020, Verkada has data centers in the US (US-West-2), EU (EU-West-1), and Canada (Canada-Central-1). Cameras default to the US data center; please contact [email protected] to designate another data center.
Does Verkada support GDPR compliance?
Yes. At Verkada, we’ve taken the steps to provide customers with the necessary protections, tools, and resources to use our service with confidence in these regions. Verkada’s platform is designed to enable our customers to comply with the requirements of the GDPR in their use of our products. Verkada has achieved Privacy Shield certification for international data transfers.

Shipping and Logistics
What are Verkada’s standard shipping terms?
Orders within Canada and the United Kingdoms will be shipped DDP (Incoterms 2010). All other locations will be shipped DAP (Incoterms 2010) exclusive of any import duties, taxes and fees, where applicable.
What are Verkada’s international tax registration numbers?
Verkada is VAT registered in the UK (GB/337 9910 65) and GST/HST registered in Canada (730401486 RT0001).
What are Verkada’s typical delivery timelines?
Verkada will usually ship all orders received before 1pm Pacific Time the same day. Typical delivery timelines are:
