In scenarios where no one is available to answer a call, an intercom is offline, or a lockdown is in effect, organizations can play an automated message from their intercom speaker. In addition to uploading a recorded message or recording a message directly in command, organizations can now type a message and leverage AI to convert their text into a clean, professional audio message.
