Maps is a new feature in Command that allows organizations to create a dynamic digital twin of their locations. Now, users can place all of their Verkada products alongside other critical safety assets like AEDs and fire extinguishers onto a single, interactive global map. The platform provides true-to-life structural context, showing dynamic door states (green for closed, red for open) and camera coverage cones to show blind spots. 

From this unified layout, operators can monitor active alerts in real-time, remotely manage door locks, initiate site-wide lockdowns, and even generate secure, time-bound floor plan links for emergency responders. To make onboarding to maps effortless, our team will convert existing floor plans in Command or trace and vectorize PDFs and blueprints completely free of charge.
