Managing multiple Command logins within the same org domain has led to technical challenges, particularly user confusion around org names and passwords. Transitioning to a subdomain architecture brings improvements in security, session management, and scalability. With this change, users can simply enter their email, and all the Command orgs they are associated with will appear during login, allowing them to easily select the org they want to access, rather than having to remember the name of each individual org.
