Incident Management is a tool in Verkada Command that allows customers to consolidate, review and safekeep their digital evidence in one place. Command users can now add relevant archives to an incident, which is a digital repository for all footage relevant to a specific event. Within an incident, users can annotate specific clips, review all clips as a cohesive narrative, and view high-quality images of people and vehicles detected in the footage. 

Investigators can download entire incidents or grant access to other Command users while controlling permissions and retaining audit logs. Users can also generate a detailed PDF report of the incident, saving time on manual paperwork. To learn more, read the full announcement.
