Command
Users will now be able to manage their sites, across all their devices, from one unified site manager.
SCIM now supports syncing phone numbers from your identity provider to Verkada Command.
Org Admins can now create multiple privacy and security disclosures for their organizations.
Org Admins can now view thumbnails of the clip that was viewed during a camera viewing event.
Sensors
The SV25 can store 90 days of audio.
Access Control
Six additional updates as part of the Command 3.0 redesign.
Guest
Guest supports a new visitor type, "Bells," which simply notifies a host.
Employees can receive notifications on Microsoft Teams.
Admins can further customize visitor data exports and reports.
Organizations can require that a person's face be detected in the Guest iPad camera in order to take a photograph.
More customizable visitor badges to only show the information they want.
Admins can permission users via Command groups, instead of individually.
Organizations can select one or more default hosts per guest type.
Schools can confirm a one-off student pickup by an authorized adult.
Organizations can apply Guest settings to all sites, globally.
Ability to notify a receptionist that they are needed at the front desk.
Mailroom
A new analytics page within Mailroom allows organizations to gain more specific and useful insights into their mailroom operations and inventory.
Employees can receive notifications on Microsoft Teams.
