Verkada Guest now integrates with Google Calendar, allowing organizers to import pre-existing calendar events directly into Verkada Guest—eliminating the need to create visitor events in both systems.

When an event is created, organizers can open the Verkada Guest plugin from the add-on panel in Google Calendar and specify the event location and guest type for attendees. This automatically creates a linked event in Verkada Guest and sends pre-registration invitations to all expected guests. Once registered, guests receive a confirmation email with visit details and a QR code for expedited entry.

To enable this integration, Organization Admins must enable the Verkada Guest plugin for their Google Workspace domain from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
