We’re excited to announce two major improvements to Workplace permissions:

• Workplace permissions have migrated to the Command admin settings. Workplace permissions can now be modified in the Sites, Users, and Groups pages. With support for group permissions, Workplace user permissions can be managed in bulk, and permission assignment can be automated with SCIM-managed groups.

• Organizations can now import subsites into Guest and Mailroom, allowing customers to leverage their Command site structure across the full Verkada platform.

Along with the new permission scheme, Guest and Mailroom will retire default access to Camera and Access Control integrations on July 29. Going forward, these permissions must be assigned separately. To learn more, review Guest permissions and Mailroom permissions.
