Organizations with door held open, water leak, and other non-intrusion alarms can now leverage the new Self-Monitored alarm response, which has no agent involvement and no monthly alarm limit. Self-monitored alarms will directly notify contacts (via SMS, email, and automated phone call) without going through our monitoring center.

Organizations may elect to self-monitor some partitions while keeping others on an agent-monitored alarm response such as Standard or Immediate Dispatch. In this case, any self-monitored alarms will not count towards the monthly alarm limit for the site.
