Description
The City of Yucaipa was previously struggling with a bandwidth-intensive legacy security system that was difficult to search for footage on and lacked a mobile app for remote access.
Jason Underwood, previously the IT Manager at the City of Yucaipa (now Assistant Director of IT at the City of Palm Springs), will share how he upgraded to a hybrid cloud security system that now allows his team to:
- Save costs on network bandwidth while monitoring boulevards and city facilities
- Easily enable local police officers to access live camera footage in the field
- Manage user permissions and resolve incidents across Yucaipa’s community centers, city hall, problematic intersections, shopping centers, and parks
