Beginning April 12, Command Organization Admins will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) upon logging in, to provide an added layer of security. Setting up MFA can initially be skipped, but must be completed by July 1, 2024.

Setting up MFA for Org Admins includes various options such as Authenticator apps, Passkey, Security Key or Biometric authenticator, and SMS.

This requirement applies exclusively to Org Admins. Other Command users, such as site admins or viewers, will not be subject to this login requirement by default. However, Org Admins have the option to enable MFA for all Command users within their organization, offering comprehensive security tailored to their specific needs.
