We’re expanding our incident management functionality:
Access Control integration: Add Access Control events to an incident report for additional context beyond visual sightings. Include all events associated with a specific user, or add a specific event like a door being forced open.
Mobile app support: Create, edit, view, and share incident reports from within the Command mobile app.
Auror integration: Export incident reports directly into Auror to share with other retailers.
