With two-person unlock, organizations can require two people to present valid credentials at a door reader for the door to unlock. This feature is perfect for high security areas where tight oversight is paramount, like pharmacies, evidence rooms, bank vaults, research labs, server rooms, and more. Admins can manage this feature within Door Schedules or Door Exceptions Calendar under “Advanced settings”, where they can designate “Exempt groups” for users who are authorized to access the door independently, and specify “Required groups” to define which users must always be part of a two-person pair to gain entry.
