New features provide additional flexibility for organizations leveraging grids for real-time monitoring. Page titles, custom rotation timers for each grid page, additional grid layouts, and the ability to rearrange grid tiles simplify grid creation and management. A new favorites section, user-specific default grids, access control smart tiles, and a new fullscreen experience better facilitate real-time monitoring.

Conversion trends pairs occupancy trend data with point-of-sale data via Helix to calculate the number of people who entered a store that actually ended up making a purchase. Store managers can view conversion rates at the end of each day, as well as compare week-over-week or month-over-month changes to better understand how space is being used and more efficiently plan operations.

Organizations can now set alerts on two types of activity: individuals climbing over a fence, gate, or wall; and individuals falling. To support this new feature, our in-house team of AI and computer vision engineers has built and trained a video-based model designed to recognize specific types of activity. Rather than analyzing a single frame of footage - which is how our cameras identify a person or vehicle - this model ties multiple frames together to identify the action taking place in the camera’s field of view.

AI-powered unified timeline lets users visually reconstruct an incident end-to-end by unifying video events from all cameras onto a single, map-based timeline.
All sightings of the subject of interest are added to a chronological timeline, with the option to add sightings of additional relevant people or associated vehicles in a single view. For organizations with floorplans in Command, a dedicated view highlights which cameras detected the subject(s) of interest, along with the order of these detections. Once a complete and organized view of relevant footage has been built, easily convert all sightings into a comprehensive evidence package. To learn more, read the full announcement.
The redesigned CH53-E and CH63-E four-camera multisensors and CY63-E two-camera multisensor join the CY53-E to offer a robust line of next-generation multisensor cameras. Organizations can now choose between 5MP and 4K image quality in both two-camera and four-camera configurations, making it easier than ever to deploy detailed coverage in wide areas and at scale.
Monitor spaces in real-time while remaining privacy-sensitive with live face blur capabilities for VX52 Viewing Station streams.
When setting up a new AI-powered alert in Command, users will now be presented with a menu of recommended event types for their industry. After selecting an event, the user can edit the text to further customize what kind of event they will get alerted on.
