Organizations can now log and manage visiting employees across sites with dedicated Employee Guest Types. An organization can have visiting employees sign in manually where they provide their employee ID number, either typing it out or scanning the value from a barcode on a badge. Pairing Guest with Verkada Access Control, organizations can automatically check in visiting employees when they open admin-specified doors. This makes real-time headcounts and compliance reports representative of everyone on site without creating lobby bottlenecks.
