The Verkada TD52 Video Intercom can now play preconfigured audio messages, or automatic messages, in response to specific event triggers. Automatic messages automatically respond in the following scenarios:

• Lockdown: plays anytime a door is locked due to an access control lockdown.

• Device offline: plays when a call is initiated and the TD52 is offline. 

• End of list: plays when a call reaches the end of a call sequence or an empty call sequence.

Triggers are set at the org-level settings and have intercom-level overrides.
