At the end of March, the following product updates will be available to all Verkada customers:

Alarms

• Verification Rules will enable organizations to customize how agents should respond to various alarm trigger events.

• Users will be able to pull relevant data on alarm sites and devices via the API, or use our webhook to subscribe to arm/disarm/alarm events.

Guest

• Guest will be available in Japanese on the iPad application, allowing a greater number of visitors to check-in in their preferred language.

• Organizations using Guest will be able to choose to have open-ended questions printed on visitor badges, such as a visitor’s destination within a building.

• Guest will support sending host notifications to employees via Microsoft Teams.

Air Quality

• Verkada’s SV23 and SV25 environmental sensors can now be utilized for monitoring environmental conditions in compliance with the RESET building standards certifications.
