Verkada Alarms customers can now enjoy an improved user experience in Command across various Alarms pages.

On the Alarms homepage, users can now see all their alarm sites in an interactive map view, including which are armed and disarmed, and any sites that are currently experiencing an alarm.  Simply zoom into any of these locations and click to see more detail in a new view that includes all important information for that location system health, connectivity, and recent arm, disarm, and alarm events.

For each alarm event, a new Report page is also available. These pages tell the user exactly what happened during an alarm incident, written out in plain English. Users can see exactly what triggered the alarm, the video footage that monitoring agents reviewed, and any action that was taken in response. Users are also able to export and share this information with a single click.
