Verkada’s mobile apps bring the power of Command to security professionals who are always on the go. Now, we’re bringing our powerful AI search to the Command mobile app, making it even easier to find what you’re looking for, regardless of where you are.
AI search allows a user to describe what they’re looking for and find matching video clips. We’ve made AI search on mobile even better by allowing a user to search based on an image. Users can easily upload or capture a photo of a person or vehicle from their mobile device and find instances in which that object is identified in video security footage in Command.
The mobile AI search experience also includes recent search history, intelligent AI-powered suggestions, and "in footage" search capabilities, providing the same robust functionality available on desktop. Organizations maintain control over this feature through opt-in requirements and granular permission settings, helping to ensure that sensitive search capabilities remain properly governed while extending powerful search tools to mobile workflows.
