For the second year in a row, Verkada was honored as one of the Best Places to Work by Built In. The annual Awards programme recognizes top companies of all sizes — from startups to enterprises — in the eight largest tech markets across the U.S.

Winners are determined based on an algorithm, using company data on compensation, benefits and companywide programming. To reflect the criteria that candidates are searching for, the programme also factors in people-first cultural offerings, such as programmes for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).

Pride Employee Resource Group - Best Places to Work 2022

In this past year, Verkada has deepened our commitment to DEI initiatives with the launch of Verkada Fit , a new resource group dedicated to fostering physical and mental wellbeing amongst all employees. Verkada Fit is the latest of five Communities which include: Women at Verkada, Pride at Verkada, Multicultural at Verkada and Parents at Verkada.
