  • CH53-E, CH63-E, and CY63-E Next-Gen Multisensor Cameras: New multisensor cameras include redesigned 5MP and 4K four-camera multisensors and a 4K two-camera multisensor. These models enable organizations to deploy multiple cameras from a single install point, providing detailed coverage of wide areas while minimizing installation costs. Learn more.

  • AI-Powered Unified Timeline: Visually reconstruct the entire journey of multiple people and vehicles by unifying video events from all cameras onto a single timeline with an integrated floorplan view. Learn more.

  • AI-Powered Activity Detection Alerts: Quickly get alerted to slip-and-fall incidents or if an individual is seen climbing (such as over a fence, gate, or wall). Learn more.

  • Industry-Specific AI-Powered Alerts: Tailored, industry-specific AI-powered alerts help customers easily identify and set up the most relevant AI-powered camera alerts for their organization. Learn more.

  • Queue Trends: Use cameras to monitor how many people or vehicles are waiting in a specific area, and for how long. Learn more.

  • Sales Conversion Trends: Pair occupancy trend data with point-of-sale data via Helix to calculate the number of people who entered a store that made a purchase. Learn more.

  • Helix Alerts and Dashboards: Create custom, proactive alerts on any third-party data ingested through Helix, including exception-based alerts. Dashboards help visualize general sales trends and create exception-based reports. Learn more.

  • Device Stats Dashboard: View key information about all cameras across an organization, site, or subsite. Easily monitor uptime, cloud backup progress, and bandwidth usage from a single page. Learn more.

  • Grids Enhancements: Additional grid layouts, access control smart tiles, and a new favorites section are among improvements designed to bring greater flexibility to every part of the grids experience. Learn more.

  • Vehicle Lists: Create additional lists and organize license plates of interest based on location, threat level, or any other factor. Delegate permissions to ensure saved plates are only visible to authorized users. Learn more.

  • NCIC Integrations in Select States: Verkada now has National Crime Information Center (NCIC) integrations with five states: Arkansas, California, Illinois, Kentucky, and North Carolina. • Next Generation Wireless Sensors: The Q-series motion sensor, door sensor, and universal transmitter feature improved range, more flexible installation, and dual-technology sensing. Learn more.

  • Third-Party Camera Triggers: Trigger alarms with third-party cameras via Command Connector, allowing more organizations to leverage cameras for intrusion detection.

  • Smart Schedules: Designed for sites with variable closing times, smart schedules prevent false alarms by arming only after 30 minutes of inactivity on your cameras, doors, and sensors. Learn more.

  • Double Badge to Arm: Building on our existing badge-to-disarm feature, employees can now also double badge with their access credential to arm the alarm system. Learn more.

  • Keypad Context Cameras: Pair a nearby camera with a keypad to get visual context of the person who is arming/disarming. This helps prevent key code sharing and improve auditability.
