Package scanning & intake

Staff scan incoming deliveries using the Mailroom app, automatically logging package details. Integrated context cameras capture video footage of the package while it is scanned to provide visual context of the intake.

Automated recipient notification

Recipients receive instant, automated notifications when their package is ready for pickup, sent directly through preferred channels like email, SMS, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

Delivery & retrieval tracking

Administrators maintain oversight with a centralized package tracking dashboard that shows all packages that have been delivered and their statuses. Recipients can mark their packages as picked up, completing the delivery process.
