We are excited to announce new updates to our Command mobile app that allow organizations to manage their access control posture right from their mobile device. With these enhancements, teams can make changes to key settings on the fly, respond to emergencies from anywhere, speed up installations, and monitor doors remotely.
Make Changes To User Settings On The Fly
Command mobile now lets organizations view, create, and edit a wider range of access control settings directly from the app, including user profiles, user credentials, access groups, and access levels.
For example, if staff must quickly accommodate access needs for a sudden or early arrival, they have everything they need in the mobile app. In seconds, admins can add new users, send the visitors a Pass App invite, and assign the appropriate access groups to enable seamless entry. Just as easily, admins can revoke credentials, remove user access to certain doors, or suspend user profiles the moment a security need arises.
Respond To Emergencies From Anywhere
In emergencies, every second counts. Security teams can now initiate and manage roll calls directly within Command mobile, eliminating the need to fumble with laptops in a parking lot or navigate a clunky mobile browser. This makes it faster and easier to account for people on site when it matters most.

These new mobile roll call capabilities complement our existing mobile lockdown functionality, where security teams can view, edit, trigger, and release lockdown scenarios right from their phone.
Streamline Door Set Up And Management
We’ve made it easier for admins and installers to manage their devices without being tethered to a desk. Admins can now add doors to controllers and modify key door settings – like Bluetooth unlock proximity or “door held open” windows – from Command mobile. This allows installers to quickly test door functionality to streamline the deployment process, while facilities staff can make quick adjustments to improve day-to-day door operations.
Monitor Doors And Take Action Remotely
Remote or front desk staff that may need to step away from their stations can still maintain full oversight of their entry points. They can monitor doors remotely, unlock them with a simple tap, and override door schedules temporarily to grant access to authorized parties easily and without delay.
Availability
Whether teams are managing a crisis or handling day-to-day changes, these Command mobile updates give them the flexibility to manage their entire access control system right from their pocket. These updates will be available to all organizations in Command on February 19, 2026.
