Verkada, a pioneer in cloud-based physical security solutions, today recognized Lieutenant Ben Jones (Winston-Salem Police Department), Steve Camsey (The Salvation Army), and Jamie Lewsadder (La Cañada School District) as its inaugural Safety Champion Award winners. More than 1,600 security and IT leaders gathered at VerkadaOne to celebrate these Safety Champions for their impact in communities across the country and tireless work to keep people and places safe.
Business travel is making a comeback: Spending on corporate trips could match, if not surpass, 2019 levels, according to recent data from Deloitte. And some companies are seeing that the opportunity to travel for work can be a major motivator for employees.
