2026 State of Cloud Physical Security: Europe Edition

More than four in five European organisations say regulation influences what they buy (84%).

Verkada and Dynata surveyed IT and physical security leaders in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Three quarters are using or piloting AI (75%), but far fewer have caught up: 37% report governance covering physical security, and 32% can quantify what AI returns.

The report covers which AI features organisations restrict on legal grounds, where budgets are heading, and what active users do differently from those still piloting.
