• Door Held Open (DHO) Alarms: Available for both wired and wireless door sensors, DHO triggers allow schools to respond quickly when exterior doors are held open – including doors that aren’t access-controlled.

• Self-Monitored Response: Suitable for door held open, water leak, and other non-intrusion use cases, self-monitored alarms notify contacts directly without agent involvement and aren’t subject to monthly alarm limits. Learn more.

• Duress Codes: Organizations like banks and retailers can set up a unique keycode per site that disarms the system while raising an alarm in the background.

• Silent Alarms: Configure an alarm response, such as one tied to a panic button, to be completely silent – no outputs, no talk down, no keypad activity.

• Volume Overdrive: Volume overdrive is a new hardware feature to increase intercom speaker volume beyond the normal maximum. Similar to overclocking a computer, volume overdrive pushes a speaker beyond its factory limits by boosting the amplifier’s power output, resulting in louder audio with a slight trade-off in sound quality at higher levels.
