Command Connector bridges legacy on-premises video security systems to Command, Verkada’s cloud-based management platform. Certain Command Connector customers – like financial institutions, healthcare providers, or government agencies – operate with strict network security requirements, like the need to maintain isolated or airgapped networks to protect sensitive data. When using Command Connector to migrate airgapped security infrastructure to the cloud, organizations can now use both Ethernet ports – with one port connecting to the on-premises network and the other to the Internet – accelerating network configuration and saving IT resources, all without compromising network security or operational standards.
