To provide this, we introduced Verkada Training Center last year. Verkada Training Center consists of a library of instructional videos designed to help customers navigate Command with more confidence. Whether you’re setting up a new organization, searching for footage, or setting up alarm sites, these step-by-step videos provide the clarity you need to become a Verkada expert.

What’s new: Live Training Center
Live Training Center is a series of webinars focused on how to use Verkada products and features in Command.
Starting in June, join us every month for a comprehensive end-to-end training experience. Learn everything from creating an organization in Command to adding devices and searching for footage.
Each session goes through an entire workflow – whether you are using cameras, access control, or alarms. We are starting with Command basics and video security, expanding to all product lines eventually. For example, video security webinars will cover searching for footage, creating archives, and setting up alerts.
In addition to live, guided tutorials, customers will also have the opportunity to get questions answered in real time by our team members.
