Do you ever need a little help when there’s nobody around? As a guest in an unfamiliar space, it can be an overwhelming experience. That’s why we created the tablet call button. Your guest taps the phone button in the corner, and your phone rings. It's that simple.
Setup: You can enable the tablet call button on your site settings page. Choose the staff members who should receive calls. Everyone’s phones will ring at the same time, and the first person to answer earns free good karma for helping a guest. Set your business hours to prevent any random 4am calls. Outside of that window, the call button will be hidden.
3| Microsoft Teams Notifications
Your employees can now receive Verkada Guest and Verkada Mailroom notifications on Microsoft Teams, the most widely-used workplace communication platform. Notifications are also available via Slack, text message, or email.
Notifications available today include:
Asking a host to approve or deny a guest
Guest invite confirmations
