The Associate Solutions Engineering program is small by design – with cohorts typically consisting of between four and six individuals hand-picked by panels of experienced Solutions Engineers. This ensures all members of the program get maximum exposure and mentorship, learning the inner workings of both the Solutions Engineering department and the company as a whole.
