Warranty Returns

All Verkada products come with a 10-year hardware warranty. We generally ship a replacement product once we have received your warranty return shipment. However, if you need a replacement camera right away, please note this to our team and we will send out a replacement as soon as your return merchandise authorization (RMA) is approved.
