Product Updates
More effectively leverage AI-powered alerts to identify behavior of interest with updates designed to increase precision and reduce false positives.
Gain insights into system performance on the go with the addition of the device stats dashboard to the Command mobile app. View uptime statistics, data and bandwidth usage, and cloud backup progress for all cameras across your organization or a specific site or subsite.
Turn smart list activity into actionable insights with new alerting capabilities. Get notified when new individuals appear on camera or when unknown individuals are frequently seen in specific areas.
Organizations can now opt in to automatically archive footage and create an incident report any time an activity detection alert detects a person falling. This eliminates the need for manual follow-up after a slip-and-fall incident takes place and helps ensure key footage is available to protect organizations from potential liability claims.
Compound alerts let users combine multiple alert conditions to get notified when motion and attribute criteria are met. This enables organizations to fine-tune existing alert types for specific use cases, like an individual loitering near heavy machinery without personal protective equipment. At launch, people detection, line crossing, and loitering alerts can be combined with people of interest, people list, smart list, and custom AI query filters. Compound alerts will be available to all organizations on March 30, 2026 and can be configured on all Cxx2 and Cxx3 series cameras.

Generate a description for footage included in an incident report with a single click, making it easy to document events quickly. Users can further edit descriptions and add relevant context to ensure relevance and accuracy.
LPR zones unify entry and exit events to provide visibility into how vehicles move across parking lots, drive-thrus, service centers, and other locations with frequent vehicle activity. Tracking is done based on license plate data, enabling organizations to see which vehicles are currently on site and how long departed vehicles spent within an area. Data for each zone is brought together in a detailed dashboard that surfaces key trends, allows for comparison against historical data, and offers powerful search and filtering tools to pinpoint movements of interest. LPR zones will be available to all organizations on March 30, 2026.

Alert trends allow organizations to visualize the number of camera alerts triggered over time with a customizable widget that can be added to any new or existing smart trends dashboard. This widget can be set to display historical alert data over a specific time period or the average number of alerts triggered on an hourly or daily basis. For example, alert trends can be used to count the number of times an AI-powered alert detects employees not wearing personal protective equipment (like a hard hat or high-visibility vest), or leveraged to pinpoint the times of day that loitering alerts are most frequently triggered at curbside pickup zones.
Organizations deploying the CH53-E or CH63-E can achieve a more discreet, minimalist look with the new four-camera multisensor recessed ceiling mount (ACC-MNT-HREC-1). This allows the camera to be mounted flush in ceilings up to 50mm thick. Note that ceiling material must be able to support at least 7kg / 16lb.
The ACC-MNT-HREC-1 is available for preorder beginning November 6, 2025 and will ship on December 5, 2025.
Command users can now filter for sightings of animals on an individual camera, in addition to people and vehicles. Furthermore, users can set up dedicated animal detection alerts that notify specific users any time animals are detected moving, gathering, loitering, or crossing a virtual line.
