Lt. (Ret.) Sean Arthur brings nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience to his role as a Public Safety Director at Constant Technologies. Over the course of his distinguished career, he served as a District Commander, Homicide Investigator, and ultimately led the Real Time Operations Center (ROC) at the Collier County Sheriff’s Office—an operation that earned global recognition for its innovation and effectiveness.
Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Administration from Barry University. He blends this academic foundation with extensive real-world experience in the design and execution of mission-critical operations centers that integrate advanced technology with strategic public safety initiatives.
One of the defining moments of Sean’s career was managing the Real Time Operations Center during a major natural disaster, where he successfully coordinated a multi-agency emergency response that ensured the safety of thousands of residents. This experience reinforced his commitment to real-time intelligence, interagency collaboration, and proactive crisis management.
At Constant Technologies, Sean works with public safety and government agencies to enhance situational awareness and operational readiness through customized command and control environments. He is also passionate about mentorship and regularly shares his insights with emerging leaders in the public safety field.

Lt. Ben Jones serves as Verkada’s Law Enforcement Subject Matter Expert, bringing over 25 years of experience with the Winston-Salem Police Department. He developed the Real-Time Crime Center using cutting-edge technology to build an intelligence-led policing model that has achieved great success.
Lt. Morgan Bragg - Chief of Detectives, Beckley Police Department, West Virginia
Lieutenant Morgan Bragg is a 17-year veteran of the Beckley Police Department where he currently serves as the Investigative Division Commander. He holds a Master’s Degree from West Virginia State University in Criminal Justice Administration and is a graduate of the 285th session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA and the 316th session of the Polygraph Examiner Certification Program of the Northeast Counterdrug Center in Fort
Indiantown Gap, PA.
Lt. Bragg is responsible for the management and supervision of the department’s Detective Bureau, Narcotics Unit, Crime Scene Unit, and Federal Task Force Officers. He has also been responsible for the department’s various smart-policing initiatives and technological advancements. Most recently, he oversaw the deployment of a network of Ai-Powered Verkada cameras and License Plate Readers throughout the city of Beckley, WV and the surrounding county of Raleigh.
