With over 15 years of experience in healthcare IT and account management support, Maureen is dedicated to advancing service excellence, operational reliability, and a consistently high standard of support within a complex clinical environment.
Her leadership is grounded in a strong customer‑centric philosophy, ensuring that internal customers, colleagues, and external customers and patients receive secure, dependable, and seamless technology services. Maureen places the highest priority on colleague and patient safety, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of accountability and performance throughout the organization. Maureen also believes firmly that Information Technology and Security must operate as true partners in safeguarding every location within the health system. MANNY MORENO is a seasoned security and public safety leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing safety programs in complex environments, with a strong focus on healthcare. His career has spanned both proprietary and contract security models, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how to build effective, modern security operations.
Manny is currently the Director of Public Safety at St. Tammany Health System responsible for Security, PBX Telecom Operators and Parking and Transportation, but has also held leadership roles with respected organizations including Piedmont Healthcare, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, DSI Security Services, and Baptist Health South Florida. Throughout his career, he has focused on strengthening security programs through a balanced approach that combines people, process, and technology. A strong advocate for modern security strategies, Manny is particularly interested in the evolving role of security technology in healthcare environments, including intelligent video systems, access control integration, real-time situational awareness platforms, and data-driven security operations. He believes technology should empower security teams, improve response capabilities, and help healthcare organizations proactively mitigate risk while supporting patient care. He is passionate about creating security programs that not only protect people and assets, but contribute meaningfully to a culture of safety, service, and operational excellence.
