In this capacity, he provides expertise and leadership across operational and event technology domains, specializing in managing audiovisual systems, physical security infrastructure, and strategic technology implementation across diverse spaces. Over the past 2+ years he has also been responsible for coordinating the installation and management of the bus camera fleet at BHBL. Skilled in technical training, event production, and cross-departmental collaboration, Matthew is driven by the intersection of technology and its ability to enhance both learning environments and operational efficiency. In addition to his district leadership, he owns Mascelli Theatrical Services, a firm specializing in small-to-medium theatrical installation projects.
