Micheal began his career as a Parts Professional in Sandy, Oregon, and advanced through outside sales, store management, and area management before assuming his current leadership position in 2019. His career reflects deep expertise in the automotive parts industry, a strong foundation in both operational and technical functions, and a proven ability to lead teams through growth and organizational change.
