Introducing the TS12 Square Audio Intercom

With Verkada intercoms, organizations around the world can facilitate seamless visitor entry and maintain organizational security with clear two-way communication, flexible call routing, and intuitive cloud management. Today, we are excited to expand our intercom line-up and introduce the TS12-N, TS12-N-RB, and TS12-N-R2B: an audio-only set of intercoms with a compact, durable form factor and our highest power audio output yet.

The TS12 comes in three variations to fit a variety of installations:

• The TS12-N features a black button, which is ideal for standard non-emergency requests.

• The TS12-N-RB features a raised red button, designed to make it easy to identify and press during an emergency.

• The TS12-N-R2B features both a black and a red button, giving callers the flexibility to choose between making an emergency call and a general assistance call. 

Exceptional Audio Quality

The TS12 is designed for clear two-way communication in noisy environments, such as construction sites. With a high decibel output of 95 dB SPL, the intercom can easily cut through background noise. For organizations that need even more volume, users can connect an external speaker via either audio line-out or audio amp-out to reach up to 110 dB.

Like our other intercoms, the TS12 also features a suite of technologies to enhance the audio experience. On the receiver side, noise suppression algorithms use advanced digital processing to actively reduce ambient sounds, like strong wind or the rumble of trucks. And on the caller side, automatic gain control helps maintain consistent volume levels across receiving clients, enabling clear audio regardless of how the call is answered.

Built for the toughest environments, the TS12 features a durable stainless steel body that can withstand significant environmental impact and physical damage. It boasts IP69 and IK10 ratings for a strong defense against dust, water, and vandalism or physical abuse. 

Suitable for Diverse Environments

The TS12 is an ideal solution for:

• Camera-restricted areas: From classrooms to bathrooms, the TS12 provides a secure communication channel without a camera, helping ensure that privacy is maintained.

• Vandalism-prone environments: The TS12's all-metal construction and subflush mounting option provides a reliable solution in environments where durability is critical, like in correctional facilities.
